Happy holidays!

In the world of The Bombhappies during the latest 7 days…

We have:
* wrapped our site in wrapping paper
* changed web hosting company (to prepare for what is to come)
* bought christmas gifts to friends and family
* gotten drunk on Glögg
* started mixing of the album
* gone to several christmas parties. At one of them 3/5 of tBh got seriously ill.

We hope you all have a nice end of the year and that you keep listening to us also next year. No money for gifts? Burn all our songs on CDs and give them to friends and family. That’s our gift to you.

All the best // The Bombhappies

And now its up to the producer…

After a wonderful and exhausting 9 days in Studio Cobra we finally have the result!
12 songs recorded of from which around 10 probably will make it to the album. The yet unnamed album will be released before March 2007 (according to plan). Tracks recorded are:

1. Lost in the Lion Block
2. Goodbye to a friend
3. When I’m asleep
4. I’m not old, I’m young
5. Madness
6. Brief delight
7. Trace & build
8. Blank as a blank piece of paper
9. And at Belle Bed Inn, I told you
10. Many days
11. Don’t you try
12. Nothing at all

The Bombhappies + Cobra studios = LOVE

We’ve now finally managed to book Cobra Studios and the fantastic producer Konie for a new The Bombhappies album. The recordings will take place between 24th of November and 3rd of December. Until then we will continue the demo recordings, that has been our main focus since April.

To give you something to long for, we’ve decided to release two of our demo tracks on MySpace, as a teaser of what is to come. Listen to “And at Belle Bed Inn, I Told You” and “Lost In The Lion Block” by clicking here. Have in mind that these songs are just demo recordings, and then let us know what you think.

We come bouncing back to you!

Okay, it’s on again!

The Bombhappies play at Södra Teatern on Thursday the 29th of June!
